VSoft may collects “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information”. Mobile deposit applications collect check images and related data for the purpose of executing a user initiated check deposit transaction.

The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies to remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser.
